About MD

Kamalesh is a civil and structural engineer with over 18 years of experience in hardcore civil construction. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the prestigious Anna University, Chennai. His abilities extend into the site, bringing a sound knowledge of structural engineering (commercial / residential) and construction techniques. He also has experience in precast prestressed concrete segmental construction in bridges. He is also a registered Building Supervisor in South Australia and Victoria holding both Commercial and Residential License. He is a Professional Engineer member of Institution of Engineers Australia, Registered building practitioner Engineer - Civil in Victoria.

Swapna is a registered Land Agent and Auctioneer in South Australia. She has over 14 years of experience in Administration, Accounts and Project Management working in various sectors. With her extensive experience, she manages the complete administration, accounts and efficient operation of the company. She also maintains the rental properties for our prestigious clients and helps in buying and selling of KCW Properties. She is a member of Society of Auctioneers and Appraisers.
